Information we collect

When you contact EBA, request an audit, or book a call, we may receive your name, email address, company name, website, phone number, role, business goals, marketing context, and any message or files you choose to share.

The website also uses analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, campaign parameters, and basic interaction patterns. Analytics are used to improve the website and understand which pages are useful.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and booking requests.
  • Prepare audit notes, workflow recommendations, and proposal context.
  • Operate agreed client workflows after onboarding approval.
  • Improve website pages, forms, and campaign attribution.
  • Maintain records needed to support client communication and delivery.

Human review and client-facing work

EBA uses AI-enabled workflows, but client-facing work remains human-reviewed. Information shared during inquiries, audits, and onboarding is used to prepare practical recommendations and operate approved workflows, not to publish client proof without approval.

Service providers

EBA may use third-party providers for website hosting, analytics, booking, email, forms, automation, and client delivery systems. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries, or deliver approved services.

Retention and deletion

EBA keeps inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond, scope work, deliver services, maintain business records, or meet legal and operational requirements. You can request deletion or correction by emailing info@easybusinessautomation.ca.
