Terms & guarantee detail.
The fine print behind our 28-in-28 guarantee, plus the general terms of engagement. These are pilot terms; the full terms of service ship with the onboarding packet at contract start.
The 28-in-28 guarantee
"28 qualified leads in 28 days — or the swarm works for free until you do."
If you do not receive at least 28 qualified leads within the first 28 days of engagement launch, the engagement continues at no additional cost until you do.
Qualifying conditions
The guarantee applies only when all of the following are true at the start of the 28-day attribution window:
- Onboarding checklist is complete and signed off by both parties.
- Source data access is provisioned (CRM, analytics, ad accounts, DNS / sending-domain auth).
- An agreed ICP and offer have been documented and approved.
- Total addressable list of ≥ 2,000 qualified prospects is reachable via your authorized outbound channels.
- No external changes (brand, offer, ICP) are made mid-window without written re-scope.
What "a qualified lead" means
A "qualified lead" is a contact in your industry's ICP who has:
- (a) a confirmed business need or interest,
- (b) decision-maker authority or a clear path to one, and
- (c) responded to outreach — positively, negatively-but-engaged, or by scheduling a call.
Leads are counted from your CRM (or the CRM EBA stands up for you) within the 28-day attribution window starting at engagement launch. Bots, bounces, out-of-offices, and pre-existing pipeline are excluded.
General terms of engagement
Engagements are month-to-month. Either party may terminate at the end of a billing cycle with written notice. Workflows, prompts, and playbooks built for your business are yours and exportable on request.
Full terms of service, privacy policy, and DPA ship with the onboarding packet at contract start. A draft is available on request — info@easybusinessautomation.ca.
