Common questions.

Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Every engagement is month-to-month. We earn the next month with the work this month. If the system isn't producing, you walk — no termination fees, and you keep the playbooks we built.
What does the 28-in-28 guarantee actually mean?+
If you don't get 28 qualified leads in the first 28 days post-launch, the engagement continues at no additional cost until you do. "Qualified lead" and the attribution window are defined on the terms page. Subject to onboarding completion and source-data availability.
Do I have to use all of the services at once?+
No. Most clients start with one flagship service (lead gen is the most common) and expand into other channels every 30–60 days as the engagement matures.
What happens to the workflow if we stop working together?+
The workflows, prompts, and playbooks built for your business are yours. We export them in a portable format and walk your in-house team through running it themselves. If you'd rather we keep operating it, the engagement just continues.
How fast does the system actually launch?+
Typical onboarding is 10–14 days from kickoff to live execution. Discovery and approval take ~5 days; the build and training cycle takes another 5–7. After launch we run weekly tuning calls for the first 60 days.
Where does my data live, and how is it secured?+
In your accounts, on your domains. EBA workflows are issued scoped credentials only — we don't pool client data. The client portal runs on isolated infrastructure with audit logging.
